Logo signature will never resell and share any information supplied to our company or delivered to client with any third party. The information supplied will only be used by our design team for the sole purpose of creating your new brand identity or recreation. If you feel the need our company will gladly sign any NDA before any design work is started.
   
  With respect to the logo design package selected, clients are allowed to choose only one logo, business card, envelope, and letter head design. All designs, concepts, or other materials displayed to the client which are not selected by the client remain the full property of Logo signature. Clients can purchase additional logo designs provided within the samples created to fulfill the client's order for an additional service and design charge to be determined.
   
  All prices listed Logo signature are in US Dollars. All work must be paid in advance prior to any design work commencing. Clients purchasing our service must pay for the service online through pay pal, certified check or money order. Client’s will be charged for the Packages selected.
   
  All final artwork become the property of the client, having unlimited and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. Logo signature retains the right to display the artwork in their portfolio and advertising materials.
   
 

The client guarantees that all elements of text furnished to Logo signature for inclusion in the logo samples do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by any other organization worldwide. The client will hold harmless, protect, and defend Logo signature and of its sister companies from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements or designs furnished by the client Logo signature guarantees that all the logo designs provided to their clients are uniquely created by the Logo signature designers. By purchasing a logo package from Logo signature, the client understands the Logo Designs provided may resemble a copyright image. Should this be the case Logo signature will re-design the Logos.

   
  Client agrees to provide timely responses to Logo signature after notification of sample completion. Client shall have 30 days to respond to each set logo design samples submitted to the client for review. If after 30 days the client has failed to respond, Logo signature will assume the project complete and the project shall be deemed to be complete. Logo signature will have no further obligation to client, and client shall pay Logo signature all fees and expenses associated with work performed by Logo signature.
   
  Logo signature reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate client’s access to all or a portion of the service, at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of such termination, Logo signature will work with client to determine the amount of any refund (if any) to be paid to client as a result of such termination. Should client’s use of the service result from client’s material breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement, client shall not be entitled to any refund, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by both companies.

There is a $95 administration / initial logo design fee for all our refunds.
The refund policy will not take effect:

1) If you have approved your logo design.

2) If we have begun working on one of your samples and made more then 1 change for
you.

3) If the company we are creating the logo for closes, changes their name, or their
activity.

4) If we do not hear back from you for more than 30 business days after your initial logo
samples have been displayed to you.

Note: If we do not hear back from you for more than 60 business days, during any point of the design process, your project is deemed completed. It is your responsibility to check your e-mails and stay current with your project development. To restart your project after 60 business days a fee of $60 will apply.

How the money will be transferred back to you:

If you have paid using your credit card - the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 6 to 9 business days before the money can appear on your account. If you have paid using a check or a money order your refund will be sent to you by check via regular mail.
